  • MANAGING YOUR SCHOOL WITH KICKSITE – Hands on training and how to fully utilize this platform to save money, make money and grow your school. If you are one of the hundreds of ATA operators that has jumped onto the Kicksite system, this seminar will take you step-by-step on how to use the software. 
  • INTRO TO ATA’S NEWEST ONLINE PLATFORMS: Using ATAEZSignUp.com and Announcing Phase 1 of the new ATAMartialArts.com website, the interface for all ATA Martial Artists:  Members, Competitors, Licensees, Masters, and everyone in between.   Phase 1 will be targeted for communications for the ATA Licensee.  Attend this seminar to experience a preview of the new Licensee interface, effectively replacing MyATAToday.com.

  • RECRUITING WITH SOCIAL MEDIA – Hands on Facebook posts and content with Jon Frank, owner of 2 ATA Licensed locations in Maryland. Learn how to get Social Media to work for you to recruit new members. 
  • INTRO TO PROGRAM DIRECTOR TRAINING - Hands on business training (for staff/owners) Topics: Understanding Tortal and use of the Business Management Tracking with Master Chong Sul, Co-Owner of 17 ATA Licensed locations in and around the greater Atlanta Area.  

1:00 PM – 3:15 PM (2 Options)

  • CREATE YOUR MARKETING PLAN – How to implement marketing campaigns and use MyATAToday.com for Lead generation, conversion, and retention to help build and grow your school. With Crystal Haner and Master Corey Coffrin of ATA Martial Arts of Bloomington, IL.
  • PROGRAM DIRECTOR TRAINING – INTRO LESSON/ENROLLMENTS - Hands on business training (for staff/owners) Topics: Understanding the ATA’s Program Director E-Learning system (Tortal Portal) and the Physical Intro Lesson planner with Liz Beddow and Sr. Master Michael Wegmann,  owner of 7 ATA Licensed locations in the greater Wake County, NC area. 

3:30 PM – 5:00 PM (2 Options)

  • HOW TO RECRUIT - (for staff/owners) Topics: Phone, VIP, Recruitment Station for special events with Sr. Master Michael Wegmann and Liz Beddow
  • INTERACTIVE ROUND TABLE (Owners Only) Topics: Hiring, Training and Firing for your staff and How to avoid big mistakes with problem students, injuries and leases and one Life’s Golden Ticket with Sr. Master Michelle Landgren Lee. Hot off the heels of the World Expo, this was one of the most popularly rated workshops, and now you have the opportunity to experience it yourself!
