Chief Master LeeChief Master In Ho Lee is the CEO of the ATA. The younger brother of Songahm founder Eternal Grand Master H.U. Lee, he is fiercely loyal to the ATA's vision and has dedicated his life to seeing the dream and vision grow and prosper.

Often out of the limelight and behind the scenes, he has been a key member of the Headquarters' leadership team for more than 20 years. Now he assists his brother, Grand Master Soon Ho Lee, to expand and grow the organization while staying true to the original concepts and philosophies the ATA was founded upon.

Chief Master In Ho Lee was born in Seoul City, Korea just two years after the end of the Korean War. He is the 44th generation of the Lees and the fifth son in a large traditional family.

As a young man he began learning Taekwondo with his cousins and brothers, and in 1976 (after his year of military service), he joined Eternal Grand Master in the United States. Intensive further training in Taekwondo under his older brother began immediately.

Soon, along with several of his brothers, he joined Eternal Grand Master for a cross-country demonstration tour as the "Flying Lee Brothers." American audiences loved the demonstrations, and Chief Master In Ho Lee's jump round quick and lightning speed became his trademarks in breaking and sparring.

The demonstration tour ended in 1977, and Chief Master In Ho Lee moved to Little Rock, Arkansas soon after when Eternal Grand Master relocated ATA headquarters from Nebraska.

For the next several years Chief Master In Ho Lee worked simultaneously at headquarters while running (and teaching at) three schools (two in Little Rock and one in Missouri). In 1989, he decided to let others take over the schools so he could focus more on operations at headquarters. During this time, he helped implement the first-ever computerized record keeping system for such a widespread martial arts organization.

He has also worked in the accounting department, testing department and tournament department, had a hand in developing World Martial Arts Supply, and helped streamline and organize tournament scheduling and headquarters organization in general.

With such comprehensive talent, energy, and direct experience with the entire range of the ATA's operations and Taekwondo itself, there is truly no one better to lead the business of the ATA now and into the future.
