The ATA FIT is a workout that readies your body for virtuality any physical activity and can be geared toward anyone from pro athletes to the non-athletes.



360 Training - The Basic 6!

Protocol for Push-Ups.
The student begins in the front leaning rest position (e.g. - hands on the floor one to two hands widths beyond the shoulders and elbows must be away from the body)...

 

Protocol for Sit-Ups.
The student lies on back with tops of shoulder blades touching the floor; hands behind the head with fingers interlaced.

 

Protocol for Lunges.
The student begins in a natural stance, feet shoulder width apart.  Step forward with one leg and lower the back knee towards the floor by flexing the knee and hip of front leg...

 

Protocol for Punches.
The student begins in a sparring stance, hands up, prepare to hit a target.  It is necessary that the student wears protective padding on hands.

 

Protocol for Kicks.
The student begins in a sparring stance, prepared to hit target.  It is necessary that the student wears protective padding on feet.

 

 

Protocol for Kicks & Punches.
