Pay Range:               $10 - $11.50 per hour

 

Job Requirements:

The qualified candidate will assist the Event Coordinator and the ATA International’s Tournament Department preparing for, arranging, and reconciling large events around the country.  The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication and organizational skills and be comfortable carrying out administrative duties with speed and accuracy. 

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and very detail oriented
  • Light accounting ability including, but not limited to, working with Excel spreadsheets and data entry
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office software and business machines
  • Must have positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, to include verbal and written communication.
  • Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.
  • Be able to lift 25 lbs.
