CONGRATULATIONS TOP TEN FINALISTS

 

THIS IS FOR BLACK BELTS ONLY

It is finally time to begin Top Ten Registration.  The cost is $35.00 per event.  If you are in more than two events, you will receive one event for free.  (e.g. - If I am in four events, I pay for three and get the fourth free.)

Please note, there is no spectator admission fee for Top Ten Competition.

To register you need to submit the following information:

Please send your full name, ATA number, division you finished in (e.g. - Girls, 8-10 1^st degree), which category(ies) (e.g. - form, sparring and weapon) and in what position you finished (e.g. - form placed 7^th).

You can register by snail mail, e-mail or at the event.  We will not accept registration over the phone.   We will have registration open from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Wednesday June 24^th, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Thursday, June 25^th and 7:00 am to 2:00 pm on Friday, June 26^th.

If you wish to register via e-mail, you need to send it to lfreeman@ataonline.com.  The subject line must read “Top Ten registration.”  E-mail registrations must have a credit card number in order to secure your registration online. Please include the following:

Card type

Full name as shown on the card

Card number & expiration date

Daytime telephone number in which you may be reached

If you wish to mail in your registration, please have it postmarked by June 18th.  You will need to mail it to:
