Korea Tour

September 16 - 26, 2019 | South Korea

More than 30 years ago, Eternal Grand Master HU Lee and the ATA made its first trip to Korea, the motherland of Taekwondo. What began as a vision of Eternal Grand Master H. U. Lee has become a tradition for the ATA that only happens every 3 – 5 years.

Next year, in celebration of our 50th Anniversary, the ATA and I are planning our next trip to Korea. Included in this trip will be a Special Black Belt Testing for Black Belts wanting to mid-term or rank test, Master’s training for the new Master Candidates, training at Taekwondowon, a visit to the Hyeonchungsa Memorial Shrine, training at ATA Korea schools and, for those who would like to compete, Senior Master Kim is hosting the 3rd ATA International Invitational Championships. In addition, you will learn about the history and culture of Korea by visiting Gyeongju which is considered the birthplace of Korean culture, and spend time in Seoul, the capital of South Korea, which is a huge metropolis where modern skyscrapers, high-tech subways and pop culture meet Buddhist temples, palaces and street markets.

This trip is open to all students of Songahm, parents and relatives of Songahm students, Instructors, and Master Instructors. Please join me in this historic trip to Korea where we can experience the wonders of Korea and Songahm Taekwondo. Remember space is limited; we are only taking 80 travelers so, call today and reserve your space.
